  When Clients send their message to many recipients, we always recommend using an e-mail marketing application over their traditional e-mail programs. This way, you can more efficiently send e-mails and monitor effectiveness through statistics.
• Temporary E-Card Hosting
  Having your e-card hosted on your company or organization's domain (the company website), is our recommended solution to hosting a Flash e-card. Although, for many businesses, asking the IT department to post some files on the website isn't as seamless a process as they hoped. Or maybe there’s another reason? Either way, for Clients who require hosting, we offer temporary e-card hosting solutions. We host your e-card on our own servers and purchase a unique domain for you to use for duration of the hosting term.

What's included with our
Branded Staff Photo E-Cards?

The formula for our Staff Photo E-Cards is fairly standardized across each design to reflect the most common requests of our Clients. On average, each of our Branded Staff Photo E-Card templates include the following:

• Approximately 30-seconds of running time.
• Audio/Music track.
• Branded with your logo and colors.
• Opening Scene. Your logo and opening wishes are displayed. An example of opening wishes could be: 'From your Friends at Highland Consulting Group'.
• 3 to 4 Scenes where each scene is comprised of:
• Professional Image(s)/Photo(s) of your staff/employees (Provided by Client).
• A line (short sentence or phrase) of text to convey part of your special message/greeting to recipients.
• Closing Scene. The Closing Scene typically displays your logo, a single phrase to mark the occasion like, 'Season's Greetings', a 'Replay' button and a 'Visit us' button that links to your website or any other page you specify. Custom E-Card Inserts can also be created.
• Creation of the HTML webpage for the e-card - hosted on your own website.
• The URL link to the e-card can be something like:
  www.yourdomainname.com/happy-holidays.
  (Where 'www.yourdomainname.com' would be the actual domain of your website)

For Branded Staff Photo E-Cards, we strongly recommend that staff/employee photos provided by the client must have been taken by a professional photographer. If this is not possible, please ensure they are clear, have sufficient lighting and look very good overall. From expierience, photos that are blurry; dark; coloring is dull; or look off-balanced generally don't work very well and reduce the quality of the e-card overall.
