Some key feature add-ons Clients can get with our Photo and Text Flash E-Cards:

• Additional Languages
  If you have Clients or Customers in other countries where their native language is not English, you can have additional versions of your e-card created in pretty much any language you require.
• Personalization
  Say you have 30 staff members (e.g. sales agents, attorneys, account managers, etc.) and you want to be able to include a personal message and picture for each in your e-card. No problem. For this, we use our 'e-card inserts'. An e-card insert is like a slide or panel that appears at the end of the e-card's animation (either automatically or by clicking a button). An e-card insert has one image (for the staff member's picture) and one block of text (for the staff member's personal message). By providing us with a picture and personal message for each of your staff members, we create a unique version of your e-card for each. See an example of a personalized e-card insert at the end of this e-card.
• E-mail Delivery Services
  When Clients send their message to many recipients, we always recommend using an e-mail marketing application over their traditional e-mail programs. This way, you can more efficiently send e-mails and monitor effectiveness through statistics.
• Temporary E-Card Hosting
  Having your e-card hosted on your company or organization's domain (the company website), is our recommended solution to hosting a Flash e-card. Although, for many businesses, asking the IT department to post some files on the website isn't as seamless a process as they hoped. Or maybe there’s another reason? Either way, for Clients who require hosting, we offer temporary e-card hosting solutions. We host your e-card on our own servers and purchase a unique domain for you to use for duration of the hosting term.
• E-Card Inserts
  At the ending of an e-card's animation, place custom inserts to emphasize anything you like. Perhaps, you want to pass along a message about a new service or product? Or, educate your audience on a topic and provide a link to your Blog or website. Flash e-card inserts are typically blended with the e-card's look and feel to ensure a more seamless experience. What's included with our Photo and Text E-Cards?

The formula for our Photo and Text E-Cards is fairly standardized across each design to reflect the most common requests of our Clients. On average, each of our Photo and Text E-Cards are comprised of the following:

• Approximately 30-seconds of running time.
• Audio/Music track.
• Branded with your logo and colors.
• Opening Scene. Your logo and opening wishes are displayed. An example of opening wishes could be: 'From your Friends at Highland Consulting Group'.
• 3 to 4 Scenes where each scene is comprised of:
• Image(s)/Photo(s) (Client-supplied or from stock).
• A line (short sentence or phrase) of text to convey part of your special message for recipients.
• Closing Scene. The Closing Scene typically displays your logo, a single phrase to mark the occasion like, 'Season's Greetings', a 'Replay' button and a 'Visit us' button that links to your website or any other page you specify. Custom E-Card Inserts can also be created.
• Creation of the HTML webpage for the e-card - hosted on your own website.
• The URL link to the e-card can be something like:
  www.yourdomainname.com/happy-holidays.
  (Where 'www.yourdomainname.com' would be the actual domain of your website)

Often, Clients who may not be able to provide their own photos choose to utilize professional stock photography instead - which is perfectly fine. Using professional stock photography helps give the e-card that polished look which further pushes credibility for your organization and works to establish that memorable experience. We always recommend that if you're using your own photos, please ensure they are clear and look good. From expierience, photos that are blurry; dark; coloring is dull; or look off-balanced generally don't work very well and reduce the quality of the e-card overall.

Can your Photo and Text E-Cards be customized?

Yes! Although we consider our Branded Photo and Text E-Cards a custom solution, we can also create Custom Photo and Text E-Cards.

Our Custom Photo and Text E-Cards follow our standardized formula that includes using Client assets, like images, text, logo(s), and colours. Plus, Clients select the audio track they would like us to use in their e-card - from our collection of audio. Then, using these assets, we creatively design an e-card that works to create an unique experience that delivers your message, drives brand awareness and truly inspires.

On occasion a Client may want to further customize this style of e-card by: adding additional scenes (text and images); including links; a form to their donation portal; or some other feature like a 'Send to a Friend' application for viral marketing. These customizations are possible.
